Here are some common questions about Rentoza Drive

Who will I be subscribing through?

Your entire subscription, payments, and support are handled by Rentoza.

Where do I collect my vehicle?

At your closest Avis pickup point. We'll send the exact details once your subscription is locked in.

Who manages the cars?

Rentoza manages your customer experience. Our silent backend fulfillment partner manages vehicle logistics with Avis.

Do I need verification?

No, full Rentoza verification is not required.When collecting the vehicle, please bring:

  • a driver’s license first issued more than one year ago.
  • Your payment card
  • Your proof of payment
  • Your booking reference number

Please note: Some vehicles require one or two payment cards depending on the vehicle of your choice. If this applies to your booking, please ensure you bring both cards with you on collection.

What do I pay when subscribing?

Payment for your first month and the deposit of subscription will be collected online at the time of subscribing.

What do I need when collecting the vehicle?

What happens if I miss a payment?

You get a 2-day grace period before we escalate things. Fines, damages, and extra charges are billed straight to your card.

Can I upgrade or change my vehicle?

Yes you are able to upgrade or change your vehicle.
