The Volkswagen Polo Sedan Base runs on a fuel-efficient petrol engine with smooth manual transmission, giving you solid control and low running costs. Excess Mileage
Additional charges apply for mileage exceeding 3,000km per month. Excess mileage rates per kilometre will vary based on the selected vehicle.
Delivery Fee
A fee is charged for the delivery of the vehicle. This fee varies based on the distance between the delivery address and the nearest collection point.
Tolls & Fines
Any tolls, fines or parking fees incurred during the subscription period are the responsibility of the subscriber. Tolls may be automatically added to the subscription bill by the provider if your vehicle makes use of an e-toll device.
Accessories
All accessories such as GPS devices, baby seats, bike racks etc are not included in the monthly fee. These will be billed separately.
Additional Drivers
One additional driver can be added to your subscription agreement at no additional charge. More additional drivers will be billed separately. All additional drivers must present their driver's license upon collection of the vehicle.
Damage Liability
In the event of vehicle damage or theft, an additional liability will be charged - also commonly referred to as a "damage excess". This liability will vary based on the selected vehicle.
Valid Drivers Licence
A license that is valid for at least 1 year
Valid Credit or Cheque Card
While you can prepay for your subscription using any card, ONE valid cheque OR credit card(s) will be kept on file during your collection for security purposes only. Provided you remain on a prepaid contract, the card(s) will not be charged unless there are any incidentals at the end of your subscription.
Please note: you can also be accompanied by a friend or family member that has a valid drivers license and owns a cheque or credit card during the collection. They will be listed as the primary driver on the plan with you as an additional driver (free).
Completed Prepayment
Your first prepayment will consist of the monthly subscription and the refundable deposit. You will receive a payment link to settle this prior to your collection. Every 30 days thereafter, you will receive a payment link to topup your account until the subscription ends.
